All Sales Are Final on Made-to-Order Products
Because our products are custom-produced specifically for each order, we cannot accept returns for unwanted items. Please review your cart carefully before completing your purchase.
Order Cancellations
You may request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order, while it is in "New" status. Once your order moves to "Accepted" status, it has entered production and cannot be modified or cancelled.
Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order.
International Orders & Customs
Customers outside the United States are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, and taxes associated with their shipment. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges related to customs clearance. Packages rejected by customs are not eligible for refunds.
Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not liable for orders delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
