SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
All orders are processed and fulfilled within 2–5 business days after your order is confirmed. Please note that weekends and holidays are not counted as business days. During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all US states with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii, which are currently unavailable for delivery. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery zone.
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations via FedEx, with estimated delivery of 3–5 business days after fulfillment, depending on your location. All international orders are shipped under Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) terms, meaning customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check your country's import regulations before placing an order, as we are unable to issue refunds for packages rejected or held by customs.
